Project Description
Since 2022, the Carbon Neutrality Theme Park's landscaping waste recycling center has processed over 1,000 metric tons of waste, with all resulting organic substrates reused for plant maintenance in the park. This initiative has reduced greenhouse gas emissions (e.g., methane, CO₂) by approximately 300 metric tons, as verified by the Guangzhou Academy of Forestry and Landscape Sciences.

The project integrates high-temperature aerobic fermentation Technology to achieve in-park waste processing. Organic matter produced is repurposed for soil improvement and landscaping, establishing a sustainable biomass carbon cycle that supports China's dual-carbon goals.

Project Highlights
Through continuous exploration and optimization, we have developed the nation’s first innovative model for urban park landscaping waste management, characterized by :

◆ Comprehensive Coverage

Applies the principles of reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization to all landscaping waste sources, including routine maintenance, emergency cleanup, sanitation, and waterbody care.

◆ Full-process Monitoring

An IoT-enabled data platform tracks the entire workflow—from collection and classification to processing and application—providing real-time insights for decision-making.

◆ End-to-End Participation

Combines decentralized and centralized processing modes to build a closed-loop industrial chain (collection → processing → application). Integrates citizen environmental education into waste management.
